Lumina Subscription Policy

Our subscription program lets you receive Lumina products automatically at the frequency you choose. The details below explain billing, cancellations, and shipments.

Overview 
When you subscribe, you authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method and agree to receive scheduled shipments as outlined at checkout.

Cancellation Window 
You may cancel a subscription at any time before the next billing date. 
• Cancel by logging into your account dashboard or emailing support@botania.company.

Billing & Fulfillment 
• Your payment method is charged on each renewal date. 
• Orders enter fulfillment immediately after billing. Subscriptions cannot be cancelled once an order has been billed and processed for shipment.

Effective Date of Cancellation 
If you cancel after a renewal charge has processed, the cancellation takes effect for the following billing cycle. You will still receive the shipment you just paid for.
